MHAA provides services about Culture Heritage Tour. For all legal institutions and organizations that are interested, kindly fill in the forms and send back to our email, we will try our best to arrange and provide the service. Since we are a non-profit organization, and it is compulsory for our members, if we fail to arrange, we will
retain the right to extend or cancel the tour. In addition, in order to protect the welfare of our members, the tour will collect a small amount of service charge and
tour guide service is non-business project. Please refer to the application form for the fee arrangement.

The precautions for the guided tour service are as follows:
Number of people and service:
l The tour time is between from 9 am to 7 pm;
l Each group requires more than 10 people and we will arrange assistant. The applicant need to pay for the assistant service fee
l The maximum number of participants is 29, and if the number of participants is 30 or more, it must be conducted in other groups;
l The personal safety and insurance of the participants is the responsible by the applicant organization.
Routes and attractions:
l At least 70% of the attractions visited are cultural relics
l Applicants need to confirm the route with MHAA staff three days tour
l The tour guide may also change the content of the event according to the actual situation;
l If there are special requirements for the attraction or itinerary, MHAA will handle base on discretion
l All the fee of car rental and meal will be responsible by the applicant.
Service fee:
l The applicant need to pay the tour fee to the MHAA three days before the tour:

1. Pay in person: Hand over the cash or the cheque payable to the “Associação dosEmbaixadores do Patrimnio de Macau” to .
2. Mailing: send the crossed cheque to MHAA office seven days before the guided tour and write the project name at the back of the cheque. Cash will not be accepted.
l Promissory notes are not accepted under any period of time;
l The cheque must be issued by a local bank in Macau. If it is a foreign check or money order, the bank fee will be paid by the applicant
l Cash only accepts MOP and HKD, and the exchange rate between Hong Kong dollar and Macau Pataca is 1:1;
l if the service fee needs to be paid after the service is provided under special circumstances, or if the fee is paid on the day of the tour, please inform MHAA and we will handle base on discretion.
l If the applicants require a service fee receipt, please submit it when submitting the application form and indicate the method of receiving the receipt. If you chose the mailing method, you must pay the relevant postage.
3. Cancellation and extension:
l In addition to the force majeure factor, if the applicants cancel the tour guide service within two days before the tour service is provided. The fee is not refunded.
l In addition to the force majeure factor, if the applicant applies an extension of the tour two days before the original planned tour, after the approval of this Council and make changes. If MHAA can’t provide tour on the changed date, the relevant fee will be refunded.

l Route 2: “Leal Senado” Building - Senado Square - Sam Kai Vui Kun (Kuan Tai Temple) - Holy House of Mercy – Cathedral - Lou Kau Mansion - St. Dominic’s Church - Ruins of St. Paul’s - Na Tcha Temple - Section of the Old City Walls - Mount Fortress
l Route 3: Camões Garden - Protestant Cemetery - Casa Garden - St. Anthony’s Church - Mount Fortress - Ruins of St. Paul’s - Na Tcha Temple - Section of the Old City Walls - St. Dominic’s Church - Lou Kau Mansion
